1. Services Provided
DreamToDomain provides custom web development and design services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We deliver websites based on agreed-upon scopes and timelines.
2. Payment and Pricing
Our flat-rate pricing is per page as outlined in our proposals. A deposit may be required before work begins. Ongoing CMS fees apply only if you select our managed CMS tier.
3. Ownership and Revisions
Once the final payment is made, you own the website completely. We offer minor copy and image revisions post-launch, but structural or massive redesigns will require a new quote.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary assets, branding, and content in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may result in project delays.
5. Limitation of Liability
DreamToDomain is not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our websites or services.
